Our division provides flue gas cleaning systems and services for industrial plants (Pulp & Paper, Iron & Steel, Cement & Mining, Biomass, etc.) Waste-to-Energy plants (incl. Sludge to Energy, RDF), biomass and utility plants. Our portfolio encompasses dedusting (ESPs and FFs), DeSOx, DeNOx, multi-pollutants control (incl. HCl, HF, heavy metals, dioxins, furans, etc.) and flue gas condensing technologies.




We have the global responsibility of servicing the Clean Air Technologies fleets. The Service offering covers all industries and ranges from inspections and condition assessments, maintenance on the equipments, spare parts, to mechanical, electrical and process retrofit or modernization of existing APC equipment.

To strengthen our Service Team in the DACH and Benelux region, we are looking for a Sales Service Manager (m/f/x) for Sales and Mechanical Service supervision of electrostatic precipitators (ESP) and Fabric Filters (FF) in the industrial plants (Pulp & Paper, Iron & Steel, Cement & Mining, Biomass, etc.) Waste-to-Energy plants (incl. Sludge to Energy, RDF), biomass and utility as soon as possible.



 



Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Strengthen the Service Sales in the DACH and Benelux region.

  • Maintain and further develop relationships to potential customers and key accounts.

  • Provide technical advice to customers on repairs, rebuilds and spare parts.

  • Conduct plant audits to record the conditions on site.

  • Clarify customer requirements and inquiries.

  • Develop quotes, conduct negotiations, and close contracts according to the pricing policy and approval procedures.

  • Acquire and negotiate service orders and spare parts packages.

  • Carry out and supervise mechanical maintenance work on electrostatic precipitators and Fabric Filters on customer site.

  • Propose, develop, and implement strategies for improving/ maximizing service sales and earnings.

  • Attending relevant events and conferences to build business and stay abreast of industry news to identify opportunities.

 



You have the following qualifications, experience and skills:



  • Completed technical training with further training as a Mechanical Technician (m/f/x).

  • Professional experience in technical service in the power plant, chemical, steel and waste incineration industries.

  • Experience in technical sales would be an advantage.

  • Sense of responsibility, decision-making ability, with a teamwork working mindset, independence, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.

  • High level of communication skills, technical and analytical understanding as well as a structured and careful way of working.

  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to execute on strategies.

  • Systematic work approach, dynamic with assertiveness.

  • Reliable with strong hands-on mentality.

  • Communication: Effective verbal, presentation and listening skills.

  • Capability to establish strong relationships with all stakeholders, especially with customers.

  • Fluent English and German language skills (must have), Other languages (good to have).

  • Availability to travel up to 70% of the working time according to business needs.
